Return & Refund Policy

At Made With Luck, each item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are created after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the item and the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.

Sizing & Color

Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size or color was selected at checkout.

Sizing can vary between products and brands, so please refer to the size chart provided with each product before ordering.

Please also keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
